|
- inventory of training programmes for beauticians in the schools in Serbia, in Hungary and in Flanders by means of field/study trips
- setting up a minimal competence profile for the beautician
- based on the competence profile, working out/adapting training curricula
- working out/adapting training material
- introducing of and making use of a competence measurement tool (ready to use ICT tool developed by Syntra West to set standards, to assess workers on their knowledge of the sector, to chart the results and to present solutions to cover the insufficiencies)
- running a survey on the equipment needed for providing the trainings + purchase of basic equipment
- introducing the training material into the training offer of the Serbian and the Hungarian schools (developing of a marketing strategy – learn how to work with a tool to screen and to assess competences)
- organising pilot trainings for trainers given by Flemish trainers
- organising pilot sessions for trainees ((future) beauticians) given by Hungarian and Serbian trainers, monitored by Flemish trainers
- starting the national acknowledgement process in Hungary and in Serbia
- trilateral project meetings of project responsibles, trainers and trainees
- making the project results known towards other regions, all stakeholders by organising final events, taking part in fairs organised for the sector, making publicity, …
